Thank you all for being flexible.  Both Van and I did not think it wise to send runners on a trail that had a closed sign so I am glad you were all flexible and ran the double out and back or whatever you decided to do.  At least we got our miles in and a few of us only got wet at the end.  It seemed like it was a good day for people to step up and step down and step where ever they wanted.  Scotty stepped up and was our only 50K finished, as he would say WAhoooo!  Vivian and Lisa really stepped up when I counted wrong and didn’t think we had enough runners.  Nice job ladies. You really wanted to do the marathon anyway.  Sorry we ran out of half woodals but that is what happens when people choose their own adventure on race day.  I am glad you all feel comfortable to do what you need to make your day a success.

Rona or Rainy Tropical Paradise was fun.  At least I had fun telling people we were visualizing ourselves on a sunny beach in Hawaii.  It was so sunny we needed sunglasses and sunscreen, ha.

Thank you to Sandy for bringing leis so everyone could get laid and congrats on your 50th Marathon/Ultra!

Results are above, let me know if there are any corrections.

We could use a few more people for the New Years Events so they count.  I think we have 8-9 people each day so far.  Also, Susie’s Skinny Ass 50K is still on as only a 50K, no 50 miler in January in Seattle (duh).  I know you addicts need more so I put another race on the calendar for February, since the West Seattle Bridge is closed we will run to West Seattle, see the website for more deets.  I am looking for suggestions for courses for March, just let me know what your thinking on courses or any other feedback.

Happy Holidays !

I am really enjoying your company in all this.  Let’s keep running and have fun!

Jill
